Transparent Traders exists to solve the critical issues facing our traders, both large and small. Our unique approach is not only what differentiates us, but also what makes us successful. We provide a broad range of services and solutions to help traders facilitate change, achieve their vision, and optimize performance.
$PTON - Peloton is reportedly teeing up a lower-cost treadmill and a rowing machine for release next year.
$AAPL - Apple unveiled a new MacBook Pro with its first keyboard redesign in four years. Finally, they got our letters about the butterfly keys.
$V & $MA - Visa and Mastercard are the subjects of a preliminary inquiry from the Federal Trade Commission for possibly barring merchants from using other debit networks.
$FB - Facebook removed 3.2 billion fake accounts between April and September.
$NKE & $AMZN - We always pegged Nike’s c-suite as Pusha T fans, but they’re not above taking a page from Drake—walking offstage mid-set. Nike will no longer sell sneakers and apparel directly on Amazon, ending a two-year pilot program during which Amazon bought straight from Nike instead of third-party vendors. Big picture: Brands the size of Nike have said Amazon doesn’t work hard enough to wipe out its flourishing community of counterfeit sellers. That and Amazon’s strict price control can devalue outside brands’ products. Nike is focused on higher-margin “direct, personal relationships” with your feet. Amazon, the country’s largest internet retailer, doesn’t exactly offer that.
