HSGX could have big news coming very soon.  Company meets with the FDA to see approval for their drug NeoCart.  The company did announce that Phase 3 Trials did not hit its primary endpoint.

NeoCart is a cell-therapy based implant designed to help restore and heal knee cartilage through the use of the patients own cells.
